<br /> <br />Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The <br />Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special <br />events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. <br />The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on <br />merchandise and other services offered for sale. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation may deduct expenses <br />and pay to a sponsoring organization no more than 50% of the spectator admission charges derived from their event, <br />or in lieu of the gate arrangement, may determine a flat fee compensation to offset rental fees and additional <br />expenses or loss of revenue incurred. <br />The Parks and Recreation Commissioner may waive rental, admission, and/or other fees for the North <br />Olmsted School District for the purpose providing practice and game facilities for athletic teams. The athletic teams <br />use of facilities will be in time slots designed to minimize loss of revenue and is provided in return for free use of <br />North Olmsted School District gymnasiums and facilities for Park and Recreation Department programming.
