A. Identification cards shall be issued by the Parks and Recreation Department and shall include the name, phone number, and picture of the cardholder. B. Fees for processing of these identification cards shall be $1.00 per card to be renewed on an annual basis. Replacement of an identification card shall have a fee of $.75 and each additional card required for a family of more than five members shall have a $.50 fee. C. The Parks and Recreation Commissioner shall establish times that identification cards are available for purchase and an appropriate registration form. To obtain a resident identification card proof of residency must be verified through a current voters registration card, land tax statement, or other means of verification as approved by the Parks and Recreation Commissioner. Children shall be verified by their parents or legal guardian. D. For all resident fees included in this ordinance, a resident shall show their identification card to receive the appropriate resident rate at the time of payment. Resident non-card holders and non-card carriers shall be charged the non-resident fee in all cases. SECTION 2: That the basic fees for the use of the Tennis Facilities shall be as follows: A. COURT RENTAL RATES (Based on hourly rates September-May Monday -Friday 7:OOAM-S:OOPM Monday -Friday S:OOPM-11:OOAM Saturday & Sunday 7:OOAM-11:OOPM Permanent Court Time: Weekdays 8:30AM-S:OOPM Permanent Court Time: Weekdays S:OOPM-11:OOPM Permanent Court Time Weekends B. STUDENT WALK ON COURT TIME These rates apply to students under 18 years of age.
