<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO.
<br />SECTION 1: That Sections 2 and 9 of Ordinance No. 2004-164, as set forth above and in the most recent
<br />amendment to Ordinance No. 2004-164, are hereby amended, as set forth below, including a new Section
<br />14 to establish a compensation rate range for the office of Youth Services Administrator, and
<br />accompanying staff under the Department of Public Safety effective June 16, 2006.
<br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges of Ordinance No. 2004-164, as it has been from time to
<br />time thereafter amended, are hereby established or restated, as applicable:
