September 2006 - Prepare a Preliminary Design Report to be submitted to the City for <br />review and approval of the recommended alternative. <br />14. October 2006 to January 2007 -Prepare detailed design drawings and bidding <br />documents for the selected alternative. <br />15. February 2007 -Submit the plans and specifications to the City and Ohio EPA for review <br />and approval. <br />16. March to April 2007 -Bidding Phase for selected alternative. <br />17. May 2007 to June 2008 -Construction Phase for the selected alternative including <br />Construction Inspection and Construction Administration. <br />18. May 2006 - Select a specific area of approximately 200 homes to examine in detail, <br />pertorm dye testing, and prepare a list of work to be done. <br />19. May 2006 -Determine what work can be performed by the City and what will be done by <br />the home owner. <br />20. June 2006 to June 2007 -Conduct Residential Inspections of selected homes and <br />prepare a list of work to be done. As work is completed by the residents, prvide a final <br />inspection of the work. <br />21. July 2007 to December 2012 -Continue with residential inspections and improvements <br />to eliminate clean water connections. <br />8 <br />
