He and the team of professionals working with him believe <br />that service, professionalism and quality are the keys to successful projects. Hayfield's officers and directors are <br />steeped in knowledge and experience that will ensure the quality of service and responsiveness to its clients. <br />Mr. Raig has been in the design and construction management business for over thirty years, literally "working his <br />way up" from field construction jobs while studying for his civil engineering degree to serving as an executive <br />officer of a design and construction management firm. While obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree from Case <br />Western Reserve University, Mr. Raig gained construction experience working for a local general contractor. Mr. <br />Raig continued to accept increasing responsibilities while working for a well respected Cleveland general <br />contractor for ten years. <br />Mr. Raig subsequently accepted a position as a project manager at a design and construction management firm. Mr. <br />Raig as project manager successfully completed several high profile and complex construction projects for the firm. <br />He was instrumental in building the firms' construction management division and was eventually promoted to vice <br />president of the division. During Mr. Raig's tenure as vice president the construction management division grew to <br />comprise a majority of the firm's sales. <br />His accomplishments led to his selection as the chief operations officer for the distinguished design and <br />construction management firm. In that role he was responsible for budgeting, profit and loss performance, cash <br />flow projections, staff development, project performance and client satisfaction.
