°~ <br />.~_ ,~: <br />Fee Proposal <br />Basic Services: <br />B 1. For the services set forth in paragraphs B 1 through B7 of the City Engineer's <br />Duties and Responsibilities (Basic Services) the fee shall be $2,600.00 per month. The <br />Engineer will provide up to thirty five hours of service per month. The monthly fee <br />includes attending up to three Planning Commission or other committee meetings or <br />Council meetings in a month. Attendance at more than three such meetings in the month <br />will be compensated at $125.00 per meeting. The fee includes mileage to and from City <br />Hall. <br />Other Services: <br />O1. It is our understanding that the city has contracted the services of two <br />architectural firms for plan reviews for the Building Department; <br />02. Traffic Engineering studies and consultation would be compensated on an as <br />needed basis; <br />03. It is anticipated that inspection services will be performed by employees of the <br />City. Should the City require additional inspection services they will be furnished by the <br />Engineer's employees at $50.00 per hour; <br />04. Should the City require studies, detailed construction drawings, specifications, <br />contract documents, or an estimate of cost for improvements not performed by the City's <br />employees the Engineer will submit and negotiate a fee for such work prior to proceeding <br />with any such work. <br />
