,~- ,., .~ • ~. The application for the permit and the permit to be issued shall be on a form prescribed by the Service Director. (Ord. 89-15. Passed 3-21-89.) 945.03 CANCELLATIONS; USE OF FUNDS. The group or organization holding a permit may cancel the same by giving notice in writing to the Service Director's Secretary at least four days in advance of the date and time for which the permit is issued. In such event they shall forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the rental charge. If notice is not given as herein stated, the group or organization to whom the permit is issued shall forfeit the full amount of the rental charge. All moneys derived from the rental and deposits for the use of the Community Cabin/Senior Center shall be paid into the General Fund of the City and shall be allocated and assigned to the North Olmsted Community Cabin and the North Olmsted Senior Center; their operation, maintenance, repair, replacement of equipment and replacement of furnishings. (Ord. 89-15. Passed 3-21-89.) 945.04 FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT. Furnishings and equipment shall only be used for the purpose for which they are intended. No decorations are to be permitted in or about the building unless approved by the Service Director or the Director's Secretary. Any furniture or equipment furnished by groups or organizations used in the building shall be removed the same date that the building is used by such groups or organizations. A member of the Service Department shall check in and out all such furniture or equipment. (Ord. 89-15. Passed 3-21-89.) 945.05 RATES, CHARGES AND DEPOSITS. (a) The Community Cabin shall be rented on an hourly basis and with hourly rates. The rates, charges and deposits for the rental of the Community Cabin shall be as follows: Nonprofit City Organization Sixty percent (60%) of members shall be residents of the City (current membership roster, organization definition and statement of purpose-bylaws shall be provided and 501(c)(3) IRS status with a City address or active and valid membership in North Olmsted Community Council or Church).
