~. <br />Other buildings or uses <br />(V) For specific building or use not scheduled above: the <br />Building Official shall apply the unit of measurement <br />of the above schedules deemed to be most similar to <br />the proposed building or use. <br />1213.01 Location of Facilities <br />All parking facilities, except those accessory to one or <br />two-family dwellings, shall be developed so that each parking <br />space is directly connected to an aisle or private driveway <br />and arranged so that all vehicles can be driven forward into <br />a street. A garage or covered parking space shall not be <br />located in a required front yard setback, in a one-.family, or <br />multifamily district, but shall be permitted in side or rear <br />yard as regulated by other provisions of this Code.. <br />(A) Residential Districts and Uses - Enclosed or open <br />parking facilities shall be located on the same <br />lot as the dwelling served. <br />In single or two-family dwellings at least one (.1} <br />of the parking spaces required f_ar each dwelling <br />unit shall be provided in a garage. <br />In a Mu]_tiple Residence District, one-half (1/2) of <br />the required parking spaces shall be provided in a <br />garage. <br />In a P4ixed P%[ultiple Residence District the garage <br />requirements shall conform to the standards of <br />Section 1206.06 -barking, Sub-Paragraph "A" and "B" <br />of the Mixed ;YSultiple Residence Code. <br />-12- <br />
