.. <br />,' ~ ~ •, <br /> <br />In a Class A Hi-Rise - Residential District, the <br />garage requirements shall conform to the standards <br />of Section 1205.07 - Parking, Sub-Paragraphs (A) <br />and (B) of the Hi-Rise District Code. <br />(B) Institutional, amusement and asse b1y uses - accessory <br />parking facilities required by uses described in Items <br />(C) to (N), inclusive, of the schedule set forth in <br />Section 1212.02 shall be on the same lot as use requir- <br />ing the facility. If no such adjacent land is available,. <br />the Board may approve parking facilities on an adjacent <br />lot if located within an average walking distance of- <br />250 feet of the entrance of building to be served. <br />(C) Business districts and uses ~ accessory parking facil- <br />ities required by uses described in Items (O) to (S), <br />inclusive, of the schedule set forth. in Section 1212.02 <br />shall be located on same lot requiring the facility~or <br />on an adjacent lot to the use served and within an <br />average walking distance of 200 feet of the building or <br />use served, provided in the General Retail District where <br />it may not be feasible to provide narking facilities with- <br />in such locations, and where private fee lots or public <br />lots are available, the Board may modify the requirements <br />set forth in Section 1212.02. <br />(D-1) There shall be no parking in the front setbacY. area, as <br />described in Title Fifteen, Chanter 1194, Section 1194.02, <br />except as .followsa <br />Ten (10) per cent of the total par];ing area required by <br />-13- <br />
