w <br />~ 1R <br /> <br />N <br />the uses described in Items (T) and (U) of the <br />schedule set forth in Section 1212.02 shall be <br />permitted in the front setback area. <br />(D-2) Accessory parking facilities required by the uses <br />described in Items (T) and (U) of the schedule <br />set forth in Section 1212.02 shall be located on the <br />same lot or adjacent lot as the main use served; <br />however, where land is not availabe on the same <br />or adjacent lot, the facilities shall be developed <br />and maintained so that the parking lot shall be <br />within an average walking distance of 400 feet of <br />the entrance to the building thereby served. <br />(E) General - a lot shall not be used to provide the <br />parking requirements for any business, commercial, <br />or industrial use unless it is under the same owner- <br />ship as the use to which it is accessory or unless <br />it is approved by the Board. <br />SECTION 2: <br />That Sections 1205.01, 1205.02, 1205.03, <br />1205.07, 1205.09, 1205.11, 1212.02 and 1213.01 as previously <br />adopted are hereby repealed, and all other ordinances or parts <br />of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after. the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: Z~~~~ <br />ATTEST : ~K=~-.
