• <br /> y ~ <br />~.. <br /> + ,.,1 <br /> . ~ ,,. , <br />1205.01 PreaMble and Purpose <br />Consistent with a desire to maintain a hiJ;h standard resi- <br />dential community varied with complimentary supporting uses of <br />property, to achieve better economic uses of certain lands, to <br />assure an earlier fuller develon:nent of the community for the <br />purpose of defraying the cost of improvements, and to attract <br />businesses ,and residents who will promote the general health, <br />safety and welfare, it is deemed necessary,to create uses of <br />land for Hi-Rise development. Tho minimtL`n standards for such <br />uses are set forth in this Title. <br />1205.02 lJses Permitted <br />• Two types of Hi-Rise developments permitted in~North <br />02msted, as set forth in Section 1141.08 are: <br />Class A >-li-Rise - Pesidential <br />C1nss B I-ii-Rise - Business Office and Professional <br />No other form of developed land use shall be permitter? in either <br />of the zones classified a.s such upun the P~Iap which is part of this <br />Ordinance, but Class B EIi-Rise is per,~itted in tdixed Use areas. <br />1205.03 development Plans <br />Plans shall be submitted and development proceedings had <br />in accordance with the requirements and procedures provided. in <br />Chapter 1204. <br />~ EXHIBIT "A" <br />1 <br />
