Further, <br />in recognition of the special nature of the housing <br />needs of_ elderly persons and the advisability of <br />providing for obtaining the advantages of housing assis- <br />tance under the Federal Housing and Community Development <br />Act of 1974 to enable elderly persons to obtain suitable, <br />safe, sanitary and decent housing designed to meet their <br />special needs, special provisions are .deemed necessary <br />for Hi-Rise development exclusively fir the elderly, as <br />defined in the Federal Housing and Community Development <br />Act of 1974. The minimum standards for uses of land for <br />Hi-Rise development are set forth in this Title. <br />1205.02 Uses Permitted <br />Two types of Hi-Rise developments permitted in <br />idorth Olmsted, as set forth in Section 1141.08 are: <br />Class A Hi-Rise - Residential <br />Class B Hi-Rise - Business Office and Professional <br />No other form of developed land use shall be permitted in <br />either of the zones classified as such upon the P4ap which <br />is part of this Ordinance, but Class A and B Hi-Rise are <br />permitted in Mixed Use areas. <br />1205.03 Development Plans <br />Plans shall be submitted and development proceedings <br />'Zad in accordance with the requ~_rements and procedures <br />provided in Chapter 1204; provided however that in any <br />proposal for a Class A Iii-Rise developr:ment exclusively for <br />the elderly, as defined in the Federal Housing and Community <br />-2- <br />
