<br />Development Act of 1974, the preliminary land use plan shall <br />describe the ancillary facilities (as set forth in Section <br />1205.11(1) hereof) and the special safety and convenience <br />.features (as set forth in Section 12Q5.11(K) hereof) which <br />will be provided in order to accommodate the needs of elderly <br />tenants. <br />1205.07 Parkirrc~ <br />(A) Parking shall be provided according to the <br />following schedule for Class A Hi-Rise develop- <br />ments, other than a development exclusively for <br />the use of the elderly, as defined in the Federal <br />Housing and Development Act of 1974: <br />One (1) ~ed.xoom Units <br />Two. (2) Bedroom Units <br />Three (3) Bedroom Units <br />- 1-1/2 spaces <br />per unit <br />1-3/4 spaces <br />per unit <br />2-1/2 spaces <br />per unit <br />One-third (1/3) of the parking spaces required <br />shall be enclosed. The required number of enclosed <br />spaces shall be either underground or. wholly enclosed <br />within the exterior walls of the building. <br />(B) There shall be .5 parking spaces per dwelling <br />unit in Class A Hi-Rise developments exclus- <br />ively .for the elderly, as defined in the <br />Federal Iiousing and Development Act of 1974, <br />regardless of the number of bedrooms .in said <br />dwelling unit: provided however, that only <br />.33 parking spaces per dwelling unit need be <br />paved with the remaining .17 parking spaces <br />per dwelling unit to be provided for in the <br />landscaping and to be installed if the City <br />so requires.
