~N... <br />• e F` <br />.~ <br />1213.01 Location Of Facilities <br />(/~tnended I2-I -64 - Oxa . v4-249 ; <br />2-17-70 - Ord. 69-131) <br />All parking facilities, except those accessory to one or two- <br />family dwellings, shall be developed so that each parking space is <br />directly connected to an aisle or private driveway and arranged so <br />that all vehicles can be driven forward into a street. A garage or <br />covered parking space shall not be located in a required front yard <br />setback, in a one-family, or multifamily district, but shall be <br />parmi~ia ed i;~ silo or rear yard as regulated by other provisions of J <br />this C:d3. <br />(A) Residential Districts and Uses - Enclosed or open <br />,parking facilities shall b~ located on the same lot <br />as the dwelling served. <br />In single or two-family dwellings at least one (1) <br />of tl~e parking spaces required for each dwelling unit <br />shall be provided in a garage. <br />Tn a Multiple Residence District, one-half (1/2) of <br />the requixed parking spaces shall be provided in a <br />garage. <br />In a r4ixed Aultiple Residence District the garage <br />requirements shall conform to the standards of Section <br />1206.06 - Parking, Sub-Paragraph "A" and "B" of the Pdixed <br />hfultiple Residence Code. <br />In a Class A Hi-Rise - Residential District, the garage <br />requirements shall conform to the standards of. Section <br />1205.07 - Parking, Sub-Paragraph (A) of the Hi-Rise <br />District Code. <br />
