Each Class A Hi-Rise development exclus- <br />ively for the elderly, as defined in the Federal <br />Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, shall <br />be .fully sprinklered and shall include any and all <br />other special safety and convenience features required <br />in buildings qualifying for housing assistance for the <br />elderly in new construction designed .for the elderly, <br />as set forth in the regulations promulgated by the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Develop- <br />ment. <br />1212.02 Schedule of Required Par^king <br />. ---. <br />Off-street parking facilities shall be provided in <br />accord with the following schedule.
