<br />EASEMENT F'OR CHANNEL PURPOSES <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Board of <br />Education of the North Olmsted City School District and The <br />City of North Olmsted, hereinaf ter referred to as the Grantors, <br />in .consideration of the sum of One Hundred, and no/100 <br />Dollars ($100.00) and other valuable consideration paid to them <br />by the State of Ohio, the Grantee, the receipt of which is <br />' hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey <br />to the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, an <br />easement for the construction of a perpetual watercourse, ditch, <br />channel, or other drainage facility in, upon, and over the lands <br />hereinafter described and as shown by plans on file in the <br />Department of Highways. The Grantors herein retain the right <br />to use said lands for any and all other purposes provided that <br />such use does not interfere with nor impair the exercise of the <br />easements herein granted. <br />PARCEL N0. 135 X <br />Being a parcel of land situated in Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, and lying on the left side of a survey made by the Depart- <br />nent of Highways and recorded in Boolc 215, Page 53, 54 of the <br />records of Cuyahoga County and being located within the following <br />described points in the boundary thereof: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuya- <br />hoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original <br />Olmsted Township Lot No. 16,-Tract 6, and bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 48 <br />as recorded on Park Ridge Homes Subdivision dated July 25, <br />1962 and recorded in Volume 185, Pages 17, 18, 19 and 20 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 0 degrees 47' 22" <br />West, 547.34 feet to the. place of beginning; thence con- <br />tinuing South 0 degrees 47' 22" West, 21.15 feet to a point <br />Exhibit A to Exhibit 1 <br />
