Appendix B-6 <br />JOB TITLE: BUILDING MAINTENANCE <br />Responsible to: Superintendent of Service <br />.. <br />Characteristic duties: Employees in this classification are responsi- <br />ble for maintaining the physical facilities and appearance of the build- <br />ings to which they are assigned. Duties include cleaning floors, Windows <br />and performing normal housekeeping routines. Duties will also include <br />yard work and minor repairs to the electrical systems and plumbing and <br />heating systems Within the capabilities of the employee. <br />Employees in this classification Will be assigned to maintain one or <br />more buildings With only general supervision and Will be responsible <br />for the physical appearance, cleanliness and mechanical operation of <br />the building. <br />F3mployees in this classification will perform other duties as assigned, <br />vitbin the general character of the duties above described. <br /> <br />
