~,y, <br />.e <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMS~~ / <br />ORDINANCE N0. 77 <br />PAGE 5. <br />1175.07 (a) continued - - <br />Building Use Required minimum parking spaces <br />Banks 1 space for each 150 sq. ft. of gross <br />floor area in the building. <br />Office Building Parking spaces shall be provided at the <br />rate of 5 spaces per each doctor and/or <br />dentist in medical offices and 1 space <br />per each 200 sq. ft. of gross floor area <br />for all other offices. Where the <br />computation of required parking spaces <br />results in a fractional unit, one additional <br />parking space shall be provided. <br />Each parking space shall be not less than 180 square feet, nine <br />feet by twenty feet, exclusive of drives and turning spaces. <br />All parking areas and driveways shall be graded and hard- <br />surfaced with asphalt or concrete. Bumper guards shall be provided <br />to establish the limits of each parking area, except at accessways. <br />(b) Loading. <br />(1) Off-street loading facilities shall not be located <br />in the required front, side and rear yards, and the <br />loading space shall not be used for repairing <br />or servicing of motor vehicles. <br />(2) A space or spaces shall be provided within the <br />structure of such dimensions as to accommodate the <br />trucks employed for loading or unloading goods for <br />the particular use. Each space shall have a vertical <br />clearance of at least fourteen feet. <br />1175.09 DEVELOPMENT PLANS. <br />(a) Submission of Plans. A site plan shall be prepared for all <br />types of proposals of evelopments in a Motorist Service District <br />and submitted to the Planning Commission. A preliminary and final <br />development plan shall be submitted. Unless exempted by the <br />Commission, plans shall include: <br />(1) Surve A survey of the property and topography, <br />showing the land owned and proposed for the <br />development. <br />(2) Buildings.. The locations, size and height and use of <br />all main and accessory buildings and their general <br />design and color. <br />(3) Streets. The proposed system of circulation of <br />ve~iicular traffic, including delivery trucks; details <br />for connections to present streets; type of pavement; <br />estimates of traffic volumes. <br />(4) Utilities. The plans for all utility installations <br />an connections. <br />(5) Parking areas. A layout and estimate of the number of <br />spaces, design of features, type of pavement. <br />
