.I.- <br />s . x ~ <br />j <br />~ y <br />k.! <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />-~ ~~ff ORDINANCE N0. 77 - /p~_ <br />BY : G%~ v/,~~ <br />A ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL <br />CHART FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLr4STED, SETTING FORTH THE <br />COD4PENSATION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES OF THE <br />FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />N0. 76-114 ENACTED SEPTEMBER 7, 1976, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council of the City of North Olmsted has established <br />an Organizational Chart for the Finance Department of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the remuneration to <br />be paid employees of the Finance Department, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has combined the Organizational Chart of the <br />Finance Department and compensation to be paid to the employees of <br />the Finance Department including the Municipal Income Tax Division <br />of the Finance Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the complement of the Finance Department <br />and all its divisions shall be as follows: <br />Director of Finance <br />Secretary to Director of Finance (Ass't. Finance Director) <br />Clerical - Finance <br />Income Tax Administrator <br />Clerical Help in Income Tax Division <br />SECTION 2: That retroactive to January 1, 1977, the remuneration <br />of employees in the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted <br />including all its divisions shall be as follows: <br />Director of Finance Effective 1/1/77 <br />Director of Finance Effective 1/1/78 <br />12/31/79 <br />Director of Finance Effective 1/1/80 <br />12/31/81 <br />Secretary to Director of Finance <br />(Ass't. Dir. of Finance) $6,552.00 <br />Income Tax Division Admr. 8,000.00 <br />$16,700.00 Annually <br />to <br />20,000.00 Annually <br />to <br />22,000.00 Annually <br />to $11,128.00 Annually <br />to 16,028.00 Annually <br />which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. <br />SECTION 3: The secretarial and clerical help of the Finance <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted shall receive, as a longevity <br />increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall be payable <br />over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary <br />or clerical help, at the rate of $25.00 for each and every year said <br />secretary or clerical help has been continually employed by the City of <br />North Olmsted, and said sum shall be paid on each anniversary date of <br />employment. <br />
