Any of the above while assigned to the Fire Prevention <br />Bureau shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of $400.00 <br />annually for all time spent while assigned to the Fire Prevention <br />Bureau. <br />B. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, that <br />all full-time employees of the Fire Department having completed five <br />(5) years o.f_ full-time continuous service, with the City, shall be <br />paid an additional 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until <br />completion of the tenth (10th) year of continuous full-time service, <br />after which such employee shall receive 50 of their base annual salary, <br />thereafter until the completion of the fifteenth (15th) year of <br />continuous full-time service, and thereafter 60 of their base annual <br />salary until the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of continuous <br />full-time service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter <br />they shall receive 70 of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />C. In computing length of service for the purpose of making <br />payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall <br />be given f_or part-time service, but such limitation is only f_or the <br />purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part- <br />time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits <br />which may be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety <br />Department. <br />D. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and <br />other wage increase, all regular employees of the Fire Department, <br />including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the <br />first calendar year of their appointment receive $300.00 clothing <br />allowance, and shall during each calendar year thereafter receive a <br />clothing allowance of $300.00 to be determined and disbursed by and <br />with the approval of the Fire Chief of the Department. <br />E. With the exception of secretarial and clerical employees, <br />the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount for the hospitalizatiol <br />insurance cost o.f_ all full-time employees of_ the North Olmsted Fire <br />Department with either Blue Cross and Medical rlutual Hospitalization <br />Plan or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan, effective <br />December 22, 1976. <br />F. That all full-time employees of the North Olmsted Fire <br />Department, excluding secretarial and clerical help, shall be entitled <br />to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work <br />on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief. In <br />the event the employee either works or was not scheduled to work for <br />reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then <br />the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the <br />holiday he worked, or was not required to work for reasons other than <br />holiday leave. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; <br />president's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving <br />Day; Christmas Day; Veteran's Day; the employee's birthday; and the <br />employee's personal use day. <br />G. That all full-time employees of the Fire Department shall <br />be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />
