Two weeks vacation after one year continuous service <br />b. Three weeks vacation after seven years continuous <br />service <br />c. Four weeks vacation after fifteen years continuous <br />service <br />SECTION 8: That Ordinance No. 76-142 is hereby speci- <br />fically repealed and also any other ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 9: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to forward copies of this ordinance to the Finance <br />Director, the Service Director and the General Manager of the <br />North. Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 10: That there is hereby created a seniority <br />system whereby the driver having the most seniority shall have <br />the first choice of runs and this order shall be followed until <br />all runs have been chosen after which any runs which are still <br />not chosen for any particular day shall be assigned to the first <br />extra man from the bottom of the seniority list. Drivers shall <br />have the right to make the selection of their runs in accordance <br />with their seniority standing as provided above with the excep- <br />tion of emergency schedules. Any extra trips offered to drivers <br />on their scheduled days off shall be presented to the most <br />senior driver. <br />SECTION 11: That it is hereby established and recognized <br />that the policy previously established regarding show-up or <br />check-in time has been replaced with a system known as pull-on <br />or pull-off time and that the new system incorporates such <br />pull-on and pull-off time within the regularly scheduled 8 <br />hour day. <br />SECTION 12: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of <br />service of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~%~~x t~.(~/~, ~I 7~ <br />ATTEST : -'-~ ~ <br />i <br />Nora T.
