~+,. . `~,~, CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 77- ~~ Page ~ SECTION 7: That all full time bus of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line to an annual vacation in accordance with schedule: ~... driving employees shall be entitled the following a. Two weeks vacation after one year continuous service b. Three weeks vacation after seven years continuous service c. Four weeks vacation after fifteen years continuous service SECTION 8: That Ordinance No. 76-142 is hereby speci- fically repealed and also any other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 9: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward copies of this ordinance to the Finance Director, the Service Director and the General Manager of the North. Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. SECTION 10: That there is hereby created a seniority system whereby the driver having the most seniority shall have the first choice of runs and this order shall be followed until all runs have been chosen after which any runs which are still not chosen for any particular day shall be assigned to the first extra man from the bottom of the seniority list. Drivers shall have the right to make the selection of their runs in accordance with their seniority standing as provided above with the excep- tion of emergency schedules. Any extra trips offered to drivers on their scheduled days off shall be presented to the most senior driver. SECTION 11: That it is hereby established and recognized that the policy previously established regarding show-up or check-in time has been replaced with a system known as pull-on or pull-off time and that the new system incorporates such pull-on and pull-off time within the regularly scheduled 8 hour day. SECTION 12: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of service of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
