The longevity year shall be based upon Decem- ber 1 to December 1, and in order to be eligible for 100% longevity payment for any year, the employee must have worked or been paid for at least 238 days during the longevity year and also be actively employed on December 1 of the payment year. Furthermore, if the employee works or is paid for less than 238 days in the calendar year and is still actively employed on December 1 o.f the payment year, the longevity payment shall be pro-rated as follows: 214-237 days 900 190-213 days 800 166-189 days 700 142-165 days 60~ 118-141 days 500 117 days or less Oo ii. However, any employee who retires and receives a pension, or dies, prior to December 1 of the payment year shall still be eligible to receive a longevity payment for that year based upon the pro-ration schedule set forth in Paragraph 4 above. SECTION 4: That there shall be allowed for each bus driver the sum of $100.00 per year for the acquisition of uniforms to be worn while operating a bus for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Upon the appointment of a new driver, he shall be allowed the sum of $110.00 for uniforms and accessories for the first _year of such appointment. Clothing allowance will not be issued to a new driver until 30 full days of employment. If within the probationary period of 1 year, a driver leaves the employ of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, he must reimburse the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line for the amount of money spent from the clothing allowance. SECTION 5.: That all full time bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays unless scheduled to work by the General .Manager or Superintendent. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day o.ff from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanskgiving Day; Christmas Day; President's Day; and the employee's birthday. SECTION 6: That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished at no cost to the employee, accident and health insurance, which insur- ance shall pay the employee, in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of $40.00 per week. Said insurance shall also have accident and death benefits with the principal sum of $1,500.00. Effective August 1, 1976, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall pay $1,224.00 toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan.
