., _.., . ......., ,. a _.. .. _. .. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 77- ~, <br />Page 4 <br />SECTION 7: Effective August 1, 1976 the City of North Olmsted <br />shall pay the full amount, single person's rate of the hospitaliza- <br />tion cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head <br />of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall pay $1,224.toward <br />the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and <br />Medical Mutual or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. <br />That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no <br />cost for the employees, accident and health insurance, which <br />insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to <br />work as a result of an accident or ill health, the sum of $40.00 <br />per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental death and <br />death benefits with the principal sum of $1,500. <br />SECTION 8: That effective February 1, 1977, all Mechanics <br />who are required by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line to fur- <br />nish a set of tools used in the performance of their work, shall <br />receive an annual allowance of $75.00 for maintenance and replace- <br />ment of such tools. <br />SECTION 9: That Ordinance No. 76-143 is hereby specifically <br />repealed and also any other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 10: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to forward copies of this ordinance to the Finance <br />Director, the Service Director and the General Manager of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 11: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity <br />of services of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~/.~;/97~ <br />ATTEST: ~~ ~ <br />Nora T.
