~., .. ~~.w._._,.~..,....,_. ~,u .w _.... , _ _ _ ..__.... , . _ ._~..r. w. ~ r <br />• <br />~ ~ . , . ~ ' ,~+w., ~'~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 77-41 <br />PAGE 4. <br />(d) In the event it can be shown to the satisfaction of the <br />Director of Public Service, with repsect to any premises, <br />that a portion of the water derived from metered public <br />water supply consumed on such premises does not and <br />cannot enter the system, then in each such case the owner <br />or other or other interested party may, at his expense, <br />install such metering devices as to demonstrate to the <br />satisfaction of such Director the portion of the water <br />so supplied and consumed on the premises determining the <br />sewer charge under subsection (a) hereof. <br />(e) No free service of any kind shall be rendered to any <br />user unless it shall be brought to the attention of <br />Council or the Finance Director that the City of Cleveland <br />Water Department has had an adjustment in the water <br />charge to a consumer, at which time the Finance Director <br />is hereby authorized to make an adjustment in the sewer <br />revenue charge not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) <br />per premises served by the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewer <br />System." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 911.03, as previously enacted, be and <br />the same is hereby repealed, and any other ordinances or parts of <br />Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to raise revenues for the maintenance, <br />operation and debt service of the sewage treatment facility so that <br />said facility can continue to operate, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor, <br />DATE PASSED : %~,,c.,,[/~,~; /~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />G~~ ~ ~~ <br />Nora T.
