<br />~~ ! .~ <br />i <br />L+T nc+~~r~wTm <br />The undersigned, Spartico DiBenedetto (Grantor), the <br />owner of the following described real property, and his wife, Ann <br />DiBenedetto, do hereby grant unto the City of North Olmsted <br />(Grantee) an easement over and through the following described <br />property of which the said Grantor warrants that he is the <br />owner in fee simple, to-wit: <br />Situated in the City of Westlake, and the <br />City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State <br />of Ohio, and known as being a part of Sandy <br />Ridge Subdivision No. 7, of part of Original <br />Dover Township Lot No. 14, as recorded in Volume <br />218, Page 14, of Cuyahoga County Map Records, <br />and being an easement twenty (20) feet in width, <br />ten (10) feet by rectangular measurement from <br />the following described centerline: <br />Commencing in the intersection of the center- <br />line of Edgepark Boulevard (60 feet wide) with <br />the Northeasterly line of Porter Rd. (60 feet <br />wide); Thence North 46° 41' 03" East along <br />the centerline of Edgepark Boulevard and the <br />prolongation thereof, a distance of 765.79 <br />feet to a point; Thence North 88° 43' 16" <br />East along a line 20.00 feet South of and paral- <br />lel to the centerline of Edgepark Boulevard a <br />distance of 376.95 feet to the Westerly line <br />of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4, as recorded <br />in Volume 202, Page 75, of Cuyahoga County <br />Map Records, be the same more or less but sub- <br />ject to all legal highways. <br />The said easement is given for the purpose of granting <br />to the Grantee the right to maintain and operate a sewez together <br />with the necessary manholes, for the transportation of sewage <br />with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of in- <br />gress and egress, on, over and through said land for all purposes <br />necessary and incident to the construction, operation and <br />P <br />
