~~ ! .~ i L+T nc+~~r~wTm The undersigned, Spartico DiBenedetto (Grantor), the owner of the following described real property, and his wife, Ann DiBenedetto, do hereby grant unto the City of North Olmsted (Grantee) an easement over and through the following described property of which the said Grantor warrants that he is the owner in fee simple, to-wit: Situated in the City of Westlake, and the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 7, of part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 14, as recorded in Volume 218, Page 14, of Cuyahoga County Map Records, and being an easement twenty (20) feet in width, ten (10) feet by rectangular measurement from the following described centerline: Commencing in the intersection of the center- line of Edgepark Boulevard (60 feet wide) with the Northeasterly line of Porter Rd. (60 feet wide); Thence North 46° 41' 03" East along the centerline of Edgepark Boulevard and the prolongation thereof, a distance of 765.79 feet to a point; Thence North 88° 43' 16" East along a line 20.00 feet South of and paral- lel to the centerline of Edgepark Boulevard a distance of 376.95 feet to the Westerly line of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4, as recorded in Volume 202, Page 75, of Cuyahoga County Map Records, be the same more or less but sub- ject to all legal highways. The said easement is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right to maintain and operate a sewez together with the necessary manholes, for the transportation of sewage with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of in- gress and egress, on, over and through said land for all purposes necessary and incident to the construction, operation and P
