.. •~_ <br />. ~...~~,.-...w....-...., ~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 77 - 2 <br />Page 4. <br /> <br />(e) No free service of any kind shall be rendered to any user <br />unless it shall be brought to the attention of Council <br />or the Finance Director that the City of Cleveland Water <br />Department has had an adjustment in the water charge to a <br />consumer, at which time the Finance Director is hereby <br />authorized to make an adjustment in the sewer revenue <br />charge not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per <br />premises served by the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewer <br />System." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 911.03 as previously adopted by <br />Ordinance No. 74-142 on November 19, 1974, and any other ordinance <br />or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare and for the further reason that <br />there is a deficit projected with respect to the revenue in the <br />Sewer Revenue Fund and it is necessary to meet the committments and <br />covenants recited in the bonds which were sold to finance the Waste- <br />water Treatment Facilities, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />DATE PASSED: ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />G~~ <br />NORA T.
