__ . _ ?,??.? ,...s.? .. __ .... .? <br /> <br /> <br />-4- <br />4123.94, inclusive, of the Revised Code of Ohio, to tlie same extent as <br />while performing service within the municipal corporation in which they <br />are employed. The pension or indemnity fund of the municipal corporation <br />calling for such assistance shall not be liable for any Uenefits or res- <br />ponsible in any way to any members of the Police Departments of the res- <br />ponding municipal corporations. <br />8. The parties hereto shall not be required to reimburse or <br />indemnify any pension or indemnity fund of the other party for any pen- <br />sion or indemnity award or premium contribution assessed against such <br />party wherein the members of the Police Department are employed, for Work- <br />men's Compensation benefits and for casualty insurance premiums arising <br />or incurred by reason of injuries to or death of a policeman of such <br />party, as a result of, or occurring while ercgaged in participating in <br />police activity or rendering servia--to such other party under the terms <br />of this agreement, or while going to or from the scene of an activity or <br />service, or while responding to a call pursuant to the terms of this <br />agreement. • <br />9. As a part of this agreement, each municipal corporatxon <br />represented herein shall participate in the Westshore Enforcement Bureau <br />which shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of the Chiefs <br />of Police of participating agencies who, through the structure and pro- <br />cedures of his municipal corporation, shall upon mutual agreement of a <br />program provide the necessary funds and receive funds and equipment under <br />Federal or other Grants received by this Westshore Enforcement Bureau. - <br />Refunds and equipment shall be received on the same basis as the contri- <br />buting share of the municipalities. <br />10. This agreement shall be in full force and effect between <br />the parties hereto from the.date herein above set forth, provided, however, <br />any one of the parties hereto may give written notice, at any time, to <br />the other parties of its intention to terminate this agreement and with- <br />draw therefrosn, and then this aorcement shall terminate tliirty (30) days <br />after receipt of sai.d written notice as to the said withdrawing party. <br />Said agreement shall continue in full force and effect as between the re- <br />maining parties.
