" .?.?.. <br />OL . . . .,... ... .... . .. .... . , , ,,,:....?„u..c?_ u .,:?s.?. . ....._ . .. , ..... . ... <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79-151 <br />PAGE 2. <br />SECTION 3: Upon termination of his employment with the City, <br />whether voluntary or otherwise, an employee covered by the pro- <br />visions of this Ordinance shall be compensated for the accrued <br />vacation leave at the rate of his hourly or salary wages at the <br />time of termination, however, an employee who is terminated <br />voluntarily or otherwise prior to completing one (1) year of <br />his first year of service shall not receive any compensation for <br />accrued vacation leave. Further, no employee shall be compensated <br />upon termination for vacation leave credit accrued in excess <br />of One Hundred Twenty (120) hours. <br />SECTION 4: Each eight (8) hours of accrued vacation leave <br />credit s-hall entitle an employee to one (1) day away from his <br />regularly scheduled employment with pay. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any other <br />ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith. <br />SECTION 6: That the vacation provisions specified in this <br />Ordinance s all take effect January 1, 1980. <br />SECTION 7: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />ROBERT W.
