CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79- 139 <br />PAGE 6. <br />(b) A deposit shall be posted with the City by the <br />developer for the review of preliminary map, topographic <br />map, plat, improvement plans and specifications before the <br />matter is referred to the Engineer or Law Director. The <br />cost of review shall be calculated on the basis of $12.50 <br />per hour spent by the City Engineer's Office for such review. <br />If the deposit is more than the actual cost of review, the <br />remainder sha11 be refunded. If the cost of review is greater <br />than the deposit, the deficient amount shall be paid to the <br />City before Council approval is given. <br />(c) The filing of the final plat for recording with <br />the Cuyahoga County Recorder shall be done by the City <br />Engineer who shall turn said plat over to a reputable title <br />insurance company and request a"Statement on Streets" for <br />the benefit of the City of North Olmsted and when said <br />"Statement ori Streets" is finished the Engineer shall order <br />the plat to be recorded. All costs charged for the "Statement <br />on Streets" and recording shall be paid for by the developer. <br />(d) Deposits for review of plans, topographic and <br />preliminary maps and every document rec{uired by the City <br />of North Olmsted shall be as follows: <br />For single family residential subdivisions <br />(A, B. or C Zoning Districts) <br />6 to 10 lots $100.00 <br />11 to 50 lots $150.00 <br />51 to 100 lots $250.00 <br />101 to 200 lots $350.00 <br />201 lots and up $500.00 <br />Al1 other subdivision requests - $100.00 <br />The following special deposits are reauired <br />for: <br />Rezoning reQuests $150.00 <br />Each Niixed Use reQuests $150.00 <br />1000.06 DEPOSIT FOR INSPECTION OF MAJOR SUBDIVISTON <br />The developer's engineer shall furnish an itemized estimate <br />of the cost of construction of all rec{uired improvements for <br />the approval of the City Engineer. When the estimate is <br />approved by the City Engineer, $1,000 or 40 of the appxoved <br />estimate, whichever is greater, sha11 be deposited by the <br />developer with the City for inspection and testing before <br />Council approval. <br />The cost of inspection shall be calculated on the basis <br />of $12.50 for each hour spent by the City Engineer's Office <br />in supervising inspection and $5.00 for each hour spent by <br />the City Engineer. <br />If the deposit is more than the actual cost, the remainder <br />sha11 be refunded. If the cost of inspection is greater than <br />the deposit the deficient amount shall be paid to the City <br />by the developer before construction is permitted to continue.
