CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79-139 <br />PAGE 8. <br />1000.08 SKETCH PLAN FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />(A) Maps and Data. <br />(1) Property description. A drawing or print showing <br />y scale an imensions the parcel which is to <br />be subdivided and all contiguous land of the <br />same ownership, the name of the owner and of <br />adjoining property owners, including designa- <br />tions of parcels according to official records, <br />and bearing and distance to the nearest inter- <br />section of dedicated streets. <br />(2) Topography. Information on the topography and <br />r?ainage of the proposed subdivision and within <br />fifty (50) feet thereof. <br />(3) Utilities. Information on the accessibility of <br />requlred-utilities. <br />(4) Structures. Locations of existing structures on <br />the parcel, xesidential structures of adjoining <br />parcels within twenty-five (25) feet of the <br />proposed subdivision and all nonresidential <br />structures on adjoining parcels. <br />(B) Sketch P1an. The sketch plan shall be clearly <br />rawn, at a scale of not less than fifty (50) <br />feet to the inch, showing: <br />(1) The proposed layout; <br />(2) Dimensions of each lot; <br />(3) Existing dedicated streets (including <br />the full width and names); <br />(4) Reauired building line on all proposed <br />lots; <br />(5) Lot numbers; and <br />(6) North point. (Ord. 1964-62. Passed 7-16-64.) <br />1000.09 FEES FOR MINOR SUBDIVISON <br />(A) Recording. A deposit of twenty dallars ($20.00) <br />sha11-be posted with the City by the developer <br />for the recording of the subdivision, easements, <br />etc. If the deposit is more than the actual cost <br />of recording, the remainder shall be refunded. If <br />the cost of recording is greater than the deposit, <br />the deficit shall be paid to the City by the <br />developer. <br />(B) Review. A deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) <br />s all e posted with the City by the developer <br />for the review of the application, sketch plan, <br />maps, and other data submitted to the City Engineer. <br />The City Engineer's work shall be calculated at <br />$12.50 per hour. If the charge for the review <br />is more than the amount of the deposit, the <br />developer shall pay to the City the excess; if <br />less, the overpayment shall be refunded.
