REPEAL AND PENAL PROVISIONS <br />(A) That the sections forming part of or established <br />by this Ordinance, and the several parts, provisions and <br />regulations thereof, are hereby declared to be independent <br />sections, parts, provisions and regulations, and that in <br />case any section or sections, or part of any section or <br />sections, of this Ordinance shall be held to be unconsti- <br />tutional or invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance sha11 <br />not thereby be invalid, but shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />(B) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, <br />contractor, subcontractor, mechanic or architect violating <br />any provision of this Ordinance is guilty of committing <br />a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than One Thousand <br />Dollars ($1,000.00) or such person or president of the <br />firm or corporation shall be imprisoned in the County Jail <br />not more than six (6) months, or both. <br />SECTION Z: That all ordinances of parts of ordinances <br />past whicFi are-in conflict with the foregoing provisions to such <br />extent only, be and the same are hereby repealed upon the effective <br />date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from anca-fter the eaxliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: &A.,? a, / 9q <br />ATTEST: <br />? e & <br />'ORENCE CAMPBELL, ERK 0 COUNCIL <br />APPROVED : <br />r . <br />R BE T .
