' CITY OF?NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 79-139 <br />PAGE 8. <br />(1) The proposed layout; <br />(2) Dimensions of each lot; <br />(3) Existing dedicated streets (including <br />the full width and names); <br />(4) Required building lirie on all proposed <br />Iots; <br />(5) Lot numbers; and <br />(6) North point. (Ord. 1964-62; passed 7/16/64) <br />1000.09 FEES FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />(A) Recorciing and Review. F, deposit of one hundred <br />dollars ( 100.00) shall be posted with the City by <br />the developer for the recording of the subdivision, <br />easements, etc., and for the review of the appl.ica- <br />tion, sketch plan, maps, and other data submitted to <br />the City Engineer. The cost of review shall be <br />calculated on the basis of $20.00 ner hour spent by <br />the City Engineer's Office and $30.00 per hour spent <br />by the City Engineer and the Assistant City Engirleer. <br />If the charge for the recording and review is more than <br />the amount of the deposit, the developer shail pay to <br />the City the excess; if less, the overpayment shall be <br />refunded. <br />1000.10 GrNERAL PROVISIOPvS <br />(A) Any easements required by either a major or minor <br />subdivision shall be described in a separate document, <br />reciting in detail the right of construction, maintenance <br />and entry land. The easements are to be reviewed by the <br />City before recording. Easements are to be provided for <br />all improvements, drainage ditches and swales not located <br />in a public street. The easements shall be shown on the <br />tDlat. The utility company, if applicabl.e, and the City <br />shall be the Grantees. <br />(B) The following iinprovements are reQuired for all <br />subdivisions (minor or major): sanitary sewers and <br />connections; storm sewers and connections; water mains <br />and connections; paviiig; sidewalks; driveway aprons; tr-ees; <br />finish grading; street signs; traffic control devices; <br />street illumination; and any appurtenances to the foregoing <br />improvements. <br />Before construction <br />performance bond insuring the <br />shall be posted with the City <br />equal to at least 100% of the <br />construction of the sewer, wa <br />ments. <br />of the improvement begins, a <br />completion of the improvement <br />of North Olmsted by the developer <br />approved estimate of cost of <br />ter, paving and sidewalk improve- <br />(1) ihe sanitary connection shall be six inches <br />(6") or larger. The depth of the sanitary sewer <br />shall be such that the sanitary connection can dis- <br />charge by gravity into said sanitary sewer. Where <br />this is not possible, basementless homes orily wili <br />be permitted. Lots to be used for basementless homes <br />shall be noted on tiie plat. (65-64) <br />(2) Storirl sewers shall he a minimum size of twelve <br />inches (12"). Minimum size storm sewer corinections <br />shall be eignt iriches (8"). The storm sewers shall <br />be sized to provide for storm drainage from the <br />tributary area. (65-64) <br />Culverts and bridges across dedicated streets shall <br />be constructed by the developer.
