If an employee is discharged or quits during the <br />,.m <br />tm probationary period described in Paragraph 18 and is later rehired, <br />he shall be considered as a new employee and subject to the <br />provisions of Paragraph 18. <br />.?.. <br />? OL'TTT/'1DTTV <br />? 20. Only regular full-time employees of the City shall have <br />seniority. Students, summer employees and part-time employees <br />shall have no seniority rights. Part-time employees are those <br />employees who are regularly scheduled to work twenty (20) hours <br />+rwr <br />or less per week. A regular full-time employee is one who is <br />? <br />? regularly scheduled for at least forty (40) hours of work per week. <br />21. Seniority shall mean an employee's uninterrupted length <br />of continuous service with the City measured from his last hiring <br />date as a full-time employee. An employee shall have no seniority <br />for the probationary period provided in Paragraph 18, but upon <br />completion of the probationary period, seniority shall be retro- <br />active to the date of hire. <br />22. The City shall provide the Union with a copy of the senior- <br />ity lists and these lists shall be updated every six months. The <br />seniority lists shall be made up by classifications and shall <br />contain in order of date of hire, the name, department, date of <br />o,, -12 - <br />#am
