<br />the Service Department, the Waste Water Collection System and <br />? <br />the Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be forty (40) hours of <br />4• work in five (5) days of eight (8) consecutive hours per day, <br />exclusive of the time alloted for meals during the period starting <br />12:01 A.M., Monday to midnight Sunday. It is recognized that <br />the Waste Water Treatment Plant will be manned on a continuous <br />operation schedule and individual employees will be assigned to <br />.m work schedules accordingly. <br />gm (a) The normal day shift scheduled hours in <br />the Service Department shall be from 8:00 A.M. <br />to 4:30 P.M. from December lst through <br />to April 30th. <br />„w (b) The normal day shift scheduled hours in <br />"w the Service Department shall be from 7:00 A.M. <br />'""' to 3:30 P.M. from May lst through <br />w?.? <br />November 30th. <br />? <br />The schedule of other shifts in the Service Department may be <br />adjusted accordingly. <br />26. The City may not reduce the weekly schedule of work for <br />am <br />„m any department or employee below forty (40) hours without agree- <br />+.• ment with the Union, but this shall not prevent the reduction or <br />i"' cancellation of scheduled hours or work due to unforeseen <br />conditions beyond the normal operation of the City, however, that <br />shall not include financial conditions. <br />27.
