Regular full-time employees shall be granted the <br />following vacation leave with full pay based upon continuous <br />service as follows: <br />One(1) to five (5) years, <br />inclusive - T?ao (2) weeks <br />Six (6) to eleven (11) years <br />inclusive - Three (3) weeks <br />T?aelve (12) to nineteen (19) <br />years, inclusive - Four (4) weeks <br />Taenty years or more - Five (5) weeks <br />54. An employee shall become eligible for vacation leave on <br />? his anniversary date and vacation leave shall be taken by the <br />employee within twelve (12) months thereafter. However, <br />? <br />employees shall be permitted to carry over five (5) days of <br />? <br />vacation to be used during the subsequent year. <br />aw <br />55. If an employee is terminated (voluntarily or involun- <br />tarily) prior to taking his vacation and has completed one (1) <br />year of employment with the City, he shall receive the pro-rated <br />portion of any accrued but unused vacation at the time of <br />separation.
