59. To be entitled to ho.liday pay, employees must work the <br />?.. <br />OM last regular work day before and the first regular work day <br />*- after the holiday unless excused by the City. If any of the <br />"e above holidays fall on a Saturday or a Sunday, either the previous <br />? Friday or the following Monday shall be observed as the holiday. <br />r?r <br />CALL-IN PAY <br />?. <br />r,,, 60. If an employee receives prior notification of call-in <br />?.• during his previous shift, and the overtime work is continuous <br /> with scheduled work hours, the employee shall receive pay at <br /> the applicable rate only for actual overtime hours worked. If, <br />? <br /> however, an employee does not receive prior notification of <br />? <br /> call-in during his previous shift, he shall receive a minimum <br />... of two (2) hours work or two (2) hours pay. <br /> NEW AND CHANGED JOBS <br /> 61. If substantial changes occur in the method of operations, <br />..? <br /> <br />? tools or equipment of a job, or if a new job is established within <br /> the general scope of the work performed by members of this unit, <br />? <br /> the City shall establish and describe the content of the job and <br /> it shall establish a pay structure for that job. If the Union is not in agreement with the rate of pay for <br />,.. <br /> the job, it can file a grievance at Step 3 of the Grievance <br />Procedure within thirty (30) days following the termination of <br />discussions concerning the rate of pay.
