Building having a second entrance to a <br />par ing area or having a facade facing a second street may <br />have additional signs not exceeding twenty percent of the <br />area of signs permitted on the main facade. <br />2. nar?e?olates. Professional or service offices or organizations <br />a ove t e ground floor of a building may ha.ve additional <br />signs provided the total area of the signs does not exceed <br />2 nercent of the floor area occupied by the establishment <br />or 50 sauare feet, whichever is smaller. Any window sign <br />shall not exceed 2 square feet in area.
