VARIOUS ADT7INISTRATIVF PERSONNEL, AND <br />DECLARING AN DIERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council has heretofore established rates of pay for various <br />City emDloyees in ordinances which also establish the comnleinent of the various <br />departments, and <br />Wf-IEREAS, it is the desire of this CoLmcil to separate the pay ranges <br />from the Organizational Charts, as vae11 as various fringe benefits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF, CIT'Y OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COLINTY OF CU`IAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for <br />Administrative Personnel of the City of North Olmsted: <br />A. P-1a.yor - Effective 1/1/78 to 12/31/79 <br />B. PSayor - Effective 1/1/80 to 12/31/81 <br />C. Director of Public Service <br />D. Director of Public Safety <br />E. Administrative Assistant <br />F. PBX Operator/Receptionist <br />?26,200.00 Annually <br />$283,200.00 Annually <br />$15,000.00 - $25,245.00 Annually <br />$14,000.00 - $21,638.00 Annually <br />$ 91,630.00 - $14,927.00 Annually <br />$ 5,500.00 - $ 8,400.00 Annually <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for <br />various emnloyees of the Department of Law: <br />A. Director of Law <br />B. .Assistant Director of Law (Civil <br />C. Assistant Director of Law (Prosecutor) <br />D. Law Clerk (Paxt Time <br />$20,000.00 Annually, ef?ective <br />January l, 1978 through <br />December 31, 1979. <br />$22,000.00 Annually, effective <br />January 1, 19$0 through <br />December 31, 1981. <br />$ 5,565.00 Annually <br />$ 5,838.00 Annually <br />In addition, the Prosecutor shall <br />receive an additional comnensation <br />in the amount of $23.10 for each <br />Not Guilty Plea he attends to on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />$ 3.00 - ? 4.20 Per Hour <br />E. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the Director <br />of Law the swn of $7,560.00 per annwn, payable monthly, for secretarial services and <br />other general office expenses. <br />SECTION 3: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for <br />various emnloyees of the Finance Department: <br />A. Director of Finance $20,000.00 Annually, effective <br />January 1, 1978, to December 31, <br />1979. <br />$22,000.00 Annually, effective <br />January 1, 1980, to December 31, <br />1981.
