Clerical Assistants II <br />.e? <br />>ees,?' <br />The pay range shall be in <br />accordance with the schedule <br />hereinafter established governing <br />secretarial and clerical help as <br />listed in Section 4 of this <br />ordinance. <br />SECTION 4: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for <br />various employees who are full time secretaries and clerical assistants, as well as <br />part time clerical help for all departments: <br />A. Secretaries $ 6,020.00 - $12,075.00 Annually <br />$ 2.89 - $ 5.80 Per Hour <br />B. Clerical Assistants $ 5,512.00 -$ 9,765.00 Annually <br />$ 2.65 - $ 4.42 Per Hour <br />C. The salaries specified in Subsections A& B of this Section shall be <br />determined by the Department Head where the secretary or the clerk is employed. <br />SEC'TION 5: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for the <br />Clerk o Council and Secretary to the Clerk of Council: <br />A. Clerk of Council <br />B. Secretary to Clerk of Council <br />$ 6,000.00 - $13,650.00 Annually <br />$ 5,500.00 - $ 7,560.00 Annually <br />$ 2.64 - $ 3.63 Per Hour <br />C. The salaries specified in Subsections A& B of this Section shall be <br />determined by CoLmcil. <br />SECTION 6: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for <br />various employees employed in the Department of Public Service and Properties, as <br />well as the Public Works Division: <br />A. Public Works ComQnissioner <br />B. Su erintendent of Public Service <br />anroperties <br />$16,000.00 - $22,575.00 Annually <br />$173I500.00 - $21,750.00 Annually <br />C. Vehicle Maintena.nce-Department Foremen $15,500.00 -$18,060.00 Annually <br />Service Department Foremen <br />Service Dispatcher - Ma.intenance- <br />Analysis <br />$14,500.00 - $17,325.00 Annually <br />$ 93,000.00 - $12,600.00 Annually <br />D. The salaries specified in Subsections A, B, and C, of this Section shall <br />be established by the Director of the Department of Public Service. <br />SECTION 7: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for <br />various emp oyees of the Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Collection System <br />and Lift Stations: <br />A. Su erintendent, Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Class III 10,000.00 - $18,900.00 Annually <br />Class IV $17,500.00 - $21,735.00 Annua.lly <br />B. Assistant Superintendent of Operations <br />Class III $13,500.00 - $19,425.00 Annually <br />C. Plant Operation Foreman <br />$14,500.00 - $17,640.00 Annually <br />D. Assistant Superintendent of Maintenance$13,500.00 -$19,425.00 Annually <br />E. Assistant Superintendent of Systems $14,500.00 -$20,580.00 Annually
