<br />, , . <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OUI.STED <br />ORDINANCE N0, 79-14 <br />BY: o <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TfiE MAYOR TO ENTER <br />INTO AN AGREIlvIENT WITH CIT9TER, INC., FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF PROP40TING AND SELLING ADVERTISING <br />AT THE NORTH OLNISTED RECREATION COTdPLEX, AND <br />DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />tNHEREAS, both the Safety Director and the Recreation Comm?ission have <br />studied the feasibility of selling and promoti.ng advertising at the Recreation <br />Complex, and <br />ti1FIEREA,S, this Council, upon the advice of the Safety Director, deems <br />it in the best interest of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />Agreement with Cimter, Inc., for the purpose of selling and promoting <br />advertising at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TI-IE COUNCIL OF Tf1E CIT'Y OF NORTH <br />OLT-ISTED, COIINTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the P.layor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into <br />an Agreement with Cimter, Inc., for the -nurnose of selling and pramoting <br />advertising at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, a copy of said Agreement <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is imediately <br />necessary to increase the revenue of the Recreation Complex to assist in <br />the payment of debt service charges, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force irrnnediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST : <br />? <br />ORENCE CAPQPBELL, CLE OF COUNCIL <br />. <br />D T ERT, PRES1 OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />a-?-? <br />? , . <br />6 l?.k?. .?-t,ow ? <br />ERT W.
