The first year revenue from advertising space shall be divided <br />50-50 after expenses which shall not exceed $383,000, for walls <br />B-C The Cimter, Inc. will supply copies of all advertising <br />contracts to the City of North Olmsted. <br />1. Cost Examples: <br />a. Architectural blueprint (to scale) <br />b. Artist layout and pattern designs <br />c. Graphics design and size conversion from scale to wall <br />d. Overhead projectors and celluloids <br />e. Sealer and paints <br />f. Al1 paint materials <br />g. Wages for artistg and sign painters <br />h. All expenses involved in maintaining the sales effort in <br />the area to sell the advertising. <br />i. All project related costs agreed to by Cimter and NORC. <br />D. All Future Revenue after first year will be divided as follows <br />less expenses of any replacement or any advertisers who do not <br />renew: <br />1. Second year income divided •70% to City of North Olmsted and 3fl% to Cimter, Inc. <br />2. "Third year income divided75% to City of North Olmsted and <br />257 to_Cimter, Inc. <br />E. First year A.dvertisers Who D o W.ot R enew <br />1. When an advertiser does not renew for the second and third year, <br />the procedure is a simple one. That advertisement is painted out <br />of the graphic and a new advertiser is painted in aE full space <br />value. Again, the new advertiser will be encouraged to take a <br />three year contract. <br />a. Cimter has experienced a 93% renewal of first year contracts <br />using this marketing plan. <br />IV. Advertising Contracts , <br />A. Original contracts for advertising space after expenses are satisfied <br />will be signed over to the City of North Olmsted for invoicing and <br />collection of revenue. <br />1. In the contract, Cimter will guarantee to the advertiser: <br />a. Professional and first class advertising. <br />b. Proof of performance or full refund on their investment. <br />c. Art work for their approva2`before the ad is displayed. <br />d. Copy for their approval before the ad is displayed. <br />e. Maintenance on their advertisement for the full twelve months. <br />2
