Della Vella Building Co., an Ohio Corporation, of the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, for valuable consideration paid, grants to the City of North Olmsted, located in the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, the following: The right to maintain, alter and reconstruct storm sewer lines, underdrains, tiles, swales, ditches and drainage ways across the property described as: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 2, Tract 6 and being par-t of Timber Trail Subdivision as shown on plat recorded in Volume 222, Pages 31,32 and 33 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and further being the rear twenty feet of sublots 113 through 120 inclusive; the rear 10 feet of sublots 101 through 111 inclusive; the rear 10 feet of sublots 70 and 97; the rear 10 feet of sublots 54 through 58 inclusive; the Northerly 5 feet of sublot 95 and the Southerly 5 feet of sublot 96., together with the free right of ingress and egress over and across such property, insofar as such right of ingress and egress is necessary to the proper use of any other right granted herein. .- In witness whereof the party hereto has hereunto set its hand this day of, 19 7 1S M.
