<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. ~ ~' ,6 <br />BY G.a ...,~.,. <br />,~f ~'. <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF REPAIRING AND REPLACING <br />CERTAIN CONCRETE SID$WALKS AT SUNDRY LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, PROVIDING THAT ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS REPAIR AND <br />REPLACE THE SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section 1.
