-4- <br />and while acting within the territory of the calling municipality. <br />6. On any occasion or at any place to which additional assistance <br />is called under and pursuant to the terms of this agreement, the <br />senior officer or officer in charge of the Fire Department of the calling <br />municipal corporation present shall have full charge and authority <br />over such assisting equipment and personnel of the responding municipal <br />corporation. <br />7. Pursuant to Section 717.021 of the Ohio Revised Code, the <br />members of the Fire Department acting outside the limits of the <br />municipal corporation in which they are employed, may participate in <br />any pension or indemnity fund established by their employer to the same <br />extent as while acting within the employing municipal corporation, <br />and are entitled_ho all the rights and benefits of Sections 4123.01 <br />to 4123.94, inclusive, of the Revised Code of Ohio, to the same <br />extent as while performing service within the municipal corporation <br />in which they are employed. The pension or indemnity fund of the <br />municipal corporation calling for such assistance shall not be <br />liable for any benefits or responsible in any way to any members of <br />the Fire Departments of the responding municipal corporations. <br />8. The parties hereto shall not be required to reimburse or <br />indemnify anp pension or indemnity fund of the other party for any <br />pension or indemnity award or premium contribution assessed against <br />such party wherein the members of the Fire Department are employed, <br />for workmen's compensation benefits and for casualty insurance <br />premiums arising or incurred by reason of injuries to or death of a <br />firefighter of such party, as a result of, or occurring while engaged <br />in participation in fire activity or rendering service to such other <br />party under the terms of this agreement, or while going to or from the <br />scene of an activity or service, or while responding to a call pursuant <br />...~, <br />
