3 # <br />o' h <br />1 w <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 -f~~ <br />Page 5 <br />SECTION 4: That there is hereby established certain rules and <br />regulation' s relating to employee rights and obligations. .Said rules <br />and regulations are set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. Said rules and regulations shall be made <br />a part of rules promulgated and adopted by the Chief of Police and <br />Safety Director for the governing of the Police Department in <br />effectuating Civil Service Laws of the State of Ohio and the <br />Rules and Regulations of the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission. <br />SECTION 5: That all other Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts <br />of Reso3ut ons or parts of Ordinances, inconsistent herewith. to the <br />provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 76 - 126 <br />enacted August 17, 1976, are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary for the continuity of service of the <br />safety forces of_ the City, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: "~-~~ ~' /~7b <br />ATTEST: <br />~..2~:~..c-L. ~ ` <br />1~orG~ ~, er o_~ ounce e i rt, rest e ounce <br />APPROVED : J~` ~ ~~ J <br />Ra p ristman, ayor <br /> <br />
