,~ '` ~ <br />r ~ 3. <br />4,An Employee shall have access to his official personnel file <br />during regular office hours provided that there shall be no <br />undue interference with the normal routine of the office. <br />Under no circumstances shall the official personnel file be <br />removed from the office by an Employee, and his access to the <br />file shall be only in the presence of the Chief of Police or <br />his designee. <br />5. In addition to the Employee, only the Chief of Police or his <br />designee, Civil Service Commission, Finance Director, and <br />Safety-Director shall have access to the official personnel <br />file, without the express written approval of the Employee. <br />6, The Negotiating Committee shall have access to the official <br />personnel file of an Employee at reasonable times during <br />:regular office hours, after having given reasonable notice, <br />,provided it first shall have obtained the express written <br />approval of the Employee. The. personnel file shall-remain in <br />the presence of the Chief of Police or his designee. <br />7.
