.. ~ ,~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 - f~.~ <br />Page 2. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance be authorized and directed <br />to pay~t e Director of Law the sum of $6,330.00 per annum, payable <br />monthly, for secretarial services and other general office expenses, <br />effective April 1, 1972. <br />SECTION 4: That Ordinance No. 76-108 and any other Ordinance or <br />parts o r finances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5: That with respect to the provisions of Section Z-D <br />hereof tfe Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an <br />agreement, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked <br />Exhibit A, with Cleveland State University thereby implementing the <br />Work Study Program with respect to the part time Law Clerk. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of. the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary for the continuity of services of the <br />Department of Law, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of. all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the t~~ayor. <br />PASSED: /~/f~,~' <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~ <br />~~ <br />Nora i er o ounce w pe ,• re t o ounce <br />APPROV D: /~ f/t/7~ <br />Ra p ristman, ayor <br /> <br />
