CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 76-143 BY : ,~j AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES OF THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 76-93 ENACTED ON JUNE 15, 1976, AS AMENDED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee and the Finance Committee have recommended an adjustment in the pay rate of the administrative and maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and WHEREAS, Council is desirous of making an adjustment in the compensation for administrative and maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the compensation to be paid to the non bus driving personnel of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: a. Effective August 1, 1976: 1. Administrative-'P'ers'onnel General Manager $13,000 to $23,045 Superintendent 12,000 to 20,575 Supervisor of Operating 10,500 to 18,590 Supervisor of Maintenance 10,500 to 18,590 Asst Supervisor of Maint. 10,500 to 17,000 Administrative Assistant 8,000 to 13,200 Secretary 6,020 to 10,280 Zone Supervisor 10,500 to 17,000 2. Maintenance Employees Mechanic/Equipment Repairman Mechanic Leader Mechanic Apprentice Serviceman Extra labor $6.45 per hour to start 6.59 per hour after one year 6.64 per hour after two years 6.77 per hour after three years 7.00 per hour to start 7.10 after one year 6.05 per hour to start 6.22 per hour after one year 6.34 per hour after two years 5.93 per hour to start 6.06 per hour after one year 6.21 per hour after two years 2.20 to 4.22 per hour which salaries will be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly.. _~ ~~<<<,~r.
