CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 76-143 Page 4 c. The provisions regarding longevity as specified in paragraph (a) hereof shall continue and be effective for all administrative personnel from August 1, 1976 and thereafter. The provisions of paragraph (b) hereof shall only apply to the maintenance employees. SECTION 4: That mechanics and other employees in the garage of t e ort Amsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed the sum o_f $135.00 per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Garage. SECTION 5: That all employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Linee sFia~~ be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager or Superintendent. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day o_ff from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; President's Day; and the employee's birthday. Tha all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: a. Two weeks vacation after one year full time service b. Three weeks vacation after seven years full time service c. Four weeks vacation after fifteen years full time service SECTlON 6: Effective August 1, 1976 the City o.f_ North Olmsted shall pay t-3ie~full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall pay $1,224.00 toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost f_o the employees, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, the sum of $40.00 per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental death and death benefits with the principal sum of $1,500.00. SECTION 7: That Ordinance No. 76-93 and Ordinance No. 64-97 are Fierce y specifically repealed and also any other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
