~ ~ ~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 76 - x,26 Page 5 SECTION 3: That the employees of the Police Department of the City o ort Olmsted be reimbursed, not to exceed $3.00 per day, for per diem expenses while in attendance at the Police Training School established by the Cuyahoga County Commissioners at Western Reserve University, which school is for a two week period with ten days class attendance. SECTION 4: That there is hereby established certain rules and regulation' s^r~'ating to employee rights and obligations. Said rules and regulations are set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Said rules and regulations shall be made a part of rules promulgated and adopted by the Chief of Police and Safety Director for the governing of the Police Department in effectuating Civil Service Laws of the State of Ohio and the Rules and Regulations of the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission. SECTION 5: That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of resolutions or parts of ordinances, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 75-104 enacted June 4, 1075, are hereby repealed. SECTION 6: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of service of the safety forces of the City, and forther provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
